| All our items are made by hand (except art prints and photo prints) and therefore are never an exact replica of another product. These artistic differences, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. We do offer free repairs on some items but you must pay for shipping both ways (unless you find me at a faire!). Please contact us for more information. If you have any questions about sizes or colors of any item you are expecting to order please submit a contact form with all questions and I will do my best to answer to your satisfaction. Please note that any refunds will be on a case by case basis, are for the cost of the merchandise only, return shipping charges are not refundable and a restocking fee may apply. I do not usually have problems en route as I pack all items extremely well so they are very unlikely to be damaged through shipping, Although if you would like to purchase shipping insurance please include that as an item in your order form and the cost will be added to your order.
